摘要
信息不对称现象普遍存在于现实生活中,只要存在信息交流和传递,就会存在信息不对称。干部选拔任用中也存在信息不对称问题,信息不对称直接影响了社会公众对选人用人工作的了解和信任程度。建立干部选拔任用信息公开制度是提高选人用人公信度的重要措施之一,通过公开、公正、公平、公认来增强群众对选人用人工作的信服、信任和信心。
Information in disproportion is commonly present with us.As long as there exists information exchange and transmission,such a phenomenon will exist,so is with cadres' appointment,which prevents general public from knowing and trusting both nomination and appointment of cadres.One of the measures for better public trust on cadres' nomination and appointment is to construct a transparent information system in which the trust and confidence of general public might be enhanced for nomination and appointment in open and fair manner.
