组织合法性的整合框架与维护策略研究——兼论中国红十字会信任危机的补救 被引量:8

摘要 在明确组织合法性的概念与类型基础上,构建了组织合法性的整合框架,其中共同利益、同构、成员参与和战略联盟是影响组织合法性获得的主要因素,资源获取、风险规避与组织绩效是其对组织行为的主要影响。以中国红十字会危机处理为例,讨论了组织合法性获得与维护的策略,包括叙述、辩护、印象管理与愿景展现。 Organizational legitimacy is not only a strategic resource of organization,but also an important strength of institution,and plays a key role for the organization's survival and development.In this paper,we build the integration framework,in which common interests,isomorphism,membership participation are the antecedent variables,narrative,defense,impression management and vision show are the maintain tactics and access to resources,risk aversion and organization performance are the outcome variables.Meanwhile,taking the crisis management of Red Cross Society of China for example,we discuss the tactics of organizational legitimacy.
