摘要
对3龄、4龄和5龄兴凯湖翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)野生和养殖群体肌肉脂肪含量、脂肪酸含量以及部分血液生化指标进行了分析比较。结果表明:在兴凯湖翘嘴鲌野生与养殖群体肌肉中均检测到18种脂肪酸,以油酸、亚油酸和棕榈酸为主。野生群体肌肉饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)总量显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05)。随年龄增长,除SFA外,野生与养殖群体的单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)总量、PUFA和EPA+DHA总量均呈增高趋势。养殖群体肌肉脂肪含量显著高于野生群体(P<0.05),且与年龄呈正相关。野生群体血液血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于养殖群体,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)含量显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05)。随年龄增长,除养殖群体的GLU含量无显著变化外,其余各项指标均有增高趋势。
The muscle fat contents,fatty acid components and the blood biochemical index were analyzed and compared between the wild and cultured populations of Culter alburnus in Xingkai lake at 3,4 and 5 years old.The results showed that,there were 18 kinds of fatty acids in wild and cultured populations of C.alburnus in Xingkai lake,mainly were C18∶ 1,C18∶ 2n-6 and C16∶ 0.The total amount of saturated fatty acids(SFA),polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoci acid(DHA) in the muscle of wild population were significantly higher than cultured population(P<0.05).With the increasing of age,except SFA,monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA),PUFA and EPA + DHA among wild and cultured populations showed a rising trend.The muscle fat content of cultured population was significantly higher than wild population(P<0.05),and positively correlated with age.Glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(TC) contents in the blood of wild population were significantly lower than the cultured population,HDLC was obviously higher in wild population than cultured population(P<0.05).With the increasing of age,except GLU content of cultured population that,all the indexes showed a rising trend.
