专用微生物肥对不同连作障碍强度土壤上番茄生长的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了探究专用微生物肥对土壤连作障碍的缓解作用,以连作障碍程度低、中、高的土壤为栽培介质增施2%的专用微生物肥,进行番茄土培盆栽试验,对照不加微生物肥料但是补充微生物肥料中所含的氮、磷、钾等营养元素.结果表明,施用专用微生物肥后各项生理生化指标与对照相比均有所上升,其中土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾的含量分别上升9.9%~15.5%、39.1%~56.5%、17.9%~95.9%、3.0%~19.0%,植株根系活力上升10.0%~73.6%,且不同连作障碍程度间差异显著.专用微生物肥对连作障碍有很好的缓解作用,但由于不同连作障碍土壤微生态环境被破坏程度的不同而产生显著性差异的改良效果. Using tomato and soils with low,medium and high levels of cropping obstacles as planting materials,the effect of 2% special microorganism fertilizer on the soil with cropping obstacles was studied.The physiological and biochemical indexes under applying special microorganism fertilizer condition were higher than that in control.The content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium were increased by 9.9%~15.5%,39.1%~56.5%,17.9%~95.9%,and 3.0%~19.0% respectively,and root activity of tomato increased by 10.0%~73.6%.And there were significant difference among different cropping obstacles soils.These results suggested that the special microbial fertilizers had a good relief effect on continuous cropping obstacles soils,but had different effect on different degree of obstacle soils.
