摘要
以老鹰茶为原料,采用微波法对老鹰茶总皂苷提取工艺进行了研究,并对总皂苷提取物的抗氧化活性进行了探讨。在单因素试验的基础上,通过L9(34)正交试验确定老鹰茶总皂苷的微波法提取的最佳条件为液料比40∶1(V/m,mL∶g)、微波功率480 W、提取时间60 s、乙醇体积分数60%,在上述条件下,总皂苷含量为71.6 mg/g。抗氧化试验结果表明,总皂苷提取物浓度为160μg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率高达93.53%,与抗氧化剂BHT具有相当的清除能力;总皂苷提取物具有一定的还原能力,但低于维生素C。
Total saponins were extracted from Litsea coreana L.by microwave extraction technology;and the antioxidant properties of total saponins extracts were discussed.The optimum extraction conditions of total saponins obtained by using L9(34) orthogonal experiment based on signal factor tests were obtained as,solvent to sample ratio,40∶1(V/m,mL∶g);microwave power,480 W;microwave time,60 s;ethanol volume fraction,60%.The yield of rude total saponins was 71.6 mg/g under these conditions.The results showed that at the concentration of 160 μg/mL,DPPH free radical scavenging rate of the total saponins extracts was 93.53%,which was comparable to that of BHT.Additionally,the total saponins extracts had certain reducing ability,which was lower than that of vitamin C.
