通过转变发展方式实现湖北农业跨越式发展的思考

Reflections on Realizing the Leaping Development of Agriculture in Hubei Province by Changing the Developing Mode

阐述了湖北省农业跨越式发展是湖北经济总量、区域结构、环境保护模式和居民生活水平跨越式发展的作用。分析了湖北省农业要实现跨越式发展在科技依存、农业基础设施、农产品品牌、农产品加工总产值、农业生产资源节约、农村现代服务业、农民人均纯收入等7方面存在的问题和不足,提出了解决方法和措施;并指出了要实现湖北省农业跨越式发展必须坚持5个基本方向。

The leaping developing of agriculture in Hubei province was the result of leaping development of total economic aggregate,regional structure,environmental protection mode and resident living level.The problems and shortages of leaping development of agriculture in Hubei province were analyzed from the aspects of scientific and technological reliance,agricultural fundamental construction,agricultural product bands,total output value of agricultural product processing,resources saving of agricultural production,modern rural service industry,per capita net income of farmer.Corresponding countermeasures were also pointed out as well as the 5 basic directions needed to be insisted to realize the leaping development of agriculture in Hubei province.
