摘要
该文分析了业务流程再造与农业科技服务体系的辩证关系,论述了我国农业科技服务体系建设现状及流程优化的必要性,提出我国农业科技服务体系流程再造的有效途径为更新服务思想、营造良好环境、整合服务资源、重塑组织功能、优化流程设计和加强动态评估等6个方面。
The dialectical relations between business process reengineering and service system of agricultural science and technology were analyzed.Moreover,the present situation of agricultural science and technology service system construction and the necessity of process optimization were discussed.It was suggested that pathway for process reengineering of agricultural science and technology service system in China includes renewing service idea,creating good environment,integrating services resources,remodeling organization function,optimizing design and strengthening dynamic assessment.
