乌东德坝址区花山沟泥石流危险性评价及防治

摘要 乌东德水电站左岸泄洪洞并水垫塘、左岸地下厂房尾水洞、导流洞出口布置于花山沟沟口一带,花山沟泥石流活动将可能危及其施工与运行安全。以地质调查资料为依据,分析了花山沟泥石流的形成条件及运动学特征,评价了花山沟泥石流的危险性。针对花山沟泥石流发育特征,提出了"因地制宜、水土分离、稳拦为主、辅以排导、保障安全"的防治原则与"上部截水、中部固源、下部拦排"的综合工程措施,为防治工程设计奠定了重要基础,可供类似工程设计参考。 The flood discharge tunnel,water cushion pool,tail tunnel of underground powerhouse of left bank,and the outlet of diversion tunnel of Wudongde Hydropower Station are all arranged in the mouth area of Huashangou gulley and Huangshangou debris flow will threat the safety of construction and operation.Based on geological data,the geological forming condition and kinematics characteristics are analyzed and its risk is assessed.In the light of the gully developing characteristics,the prevention principles of ' suiting measures to local conditions,separating soil and water,focusing stability with discharge and diversion,ensuring safety' and the comprehensive measures of ' cutting off water in upper part,stabilizing sources in middle part,retaining and draining in lower part' are put forward,which lays a solid foundation for the prevention project.
