Midas板单元配筋程序的设计

摘要 Midas在铁路桥梁特殊结构设计中应用广泛,框构、连续刚构等模型常常采用其中的板单元建立,但由于板单元数据量大,且Midas不能提供铁路容许应力法的配筋公式,计算完内力后,手算配筋工作量大、计算复杂。归纳总结Midas输入和输出数据的关系,采用VB程序进行二次开发,自动提取Midas的计算结果,按照铁路现行容许应力配筋原理进行配筋,以图形方式显示配筋结果。使用后结果表明:本程序计算速度快,结果准确,有效提高了生产效率。 Midas is widely used in special structure design of railway bridges,and the models of frame bridges and continuous rigid frame bridges are usually established by plate element of Midas.Because the huge data of plate elements and incapability of providing the formula for the calculation of reinforcing bar with railway allowable stress method,there is heavy manual workload after the calculation of internal force.By adopting VB program for secondary development,the paper summarizes the relationships between data input and output of Midas and extracts its calculation results automatically.Reinforcing bar arrangement is done in accordance with current railway allowable stress theory and its results are presented with diagrams.The application results of this program show that: this program improves production efficiency with its fast calculation speed and good accuracy.
