摘要
为克服户外架构型敞开布置变电所占地面积大、环境适应能力差的缺点,天津和谐型大功率机车检修基地牵引变电所设计借鉴国家电网公司220 kV变电站典型设计成果,采用将变压器、高压变配电设备布置于室内的全户内设计方案。介绍全户内牵引变电所的主接线、总平面布置、继电保护等设计方案,着重介绍牵引变电专业与结构、暖通、电力、防灾等专业的接口设计内容,有助于为全户内变电所在电气化铁路中的应用积累设计经验。
To overcome the shortcomings of large floor area and poor environment adaptation capacity of the traction substation with outdoor truss type open layout,the traction substation design of harmonious high-power locomotive maintenance base in Tianjin draws lessons from 220kV typical substation design results of the State Grid Corporation,adopting the design scheme which the transformers,high voltage transformation and distribution equipment are all arranged in indoor type.In this paper,the main circuit diagram,general layout,relay protection and other design items of full indoor traction substation are introduced,focusing on its interface design with other disciplines such as structure,heating and ventilating,electricity and disaster prevention.It will be helpful to accumulate experience in the design of full indoor substation applied in electrified railway.
