新建铁路油气管线迁改设计研究

Study on the Design for Removal and Reconstruction of Existing Oil and Gas Pipelines in Newly-built Railway Project

在铁路工程设计中,油气管线迁改一般由铁路设计单位估列迁改费用,由建设单位和施工单位实施迁改工程,在设计中往往忽略其重要性;近年来,由于油气管线与铁路相互关系不明确、管线迁改方案不确定,导致油气管线迁改越来越成为影响铁路线路走向、桥涵孔垮、建设工期的一个重要因素。根据我国西南地区新建铁路沿线油气管线迁改设计经验以及深入研究现行有效规范,提出油气管钱迁改设计流程和技术要求。

In the process of railway project design,the cost of removal and reconstruction of oil and gas pipelines is generally estimated by the railway design institute,while the works is implemented by both the employer and the construction contractor.However,the significance of removal and reconstruction is often neglected by engineering designers.Recently,the works of oil and gas pipeline removal and reconstruction has more and more became one of the most important factors influencing on the railway route selection,bridge and culvert span arrangement and the construction schedule,because the relationship between the oil/gas pipeline and the railway is often not defined,and because the implement scheme is often not determined.This paper,based on the design experiences on oil and gas pipelines removal and reconstruction project in southwest area of China,according to the current standers,presents the design flow as well as the technical requirements of oil and gas pipeline removal and reconstruction.
