摘要
建立方钢梁的三维有限元模型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对无防火保护层、防火保护层厚度为0.65cm、1.3cm三种情况下的方钢梁进行热分析,对比不同厚度防火保护层的方钢梁截面温度分布情况及升温曲线。分析结果表明,防火涂料对钢结构抗火有重要作用。
By establishing a three-dimensional finite element models of square steel beams,and using ANSYS finite element analysis,thermal analysis for square steel beams of fireproof protection layers in thicknesses of 0,0.65,1.3cm was conducted.Temperature distribution of sections and temperature rise curves were compared and analyzed.Results showed that fire resistant coating plays an important role in steel structures fire resistance.
