以某项目煤气化炉出口合成气为例,通过经验公式和实验测试估算其爆炸极限,确定了煤气化厂房合成气的火灾危险性类别,为类似工程判断火灾危险性提供参考。分析煤气化合成气的爆炸危险性,如温度、压力等对爆炸极限的影响,以及合成气的爆炸危险性与爆炸极限范围之间的关系等。

Taking the syngas from a coal gasifier as an example,the explosive limit were estimated by empirical formulas and experimental tests,to decide the fire hazard category of the syngas,and provide inferences for similar situation.The explosive hazard of the syngas was analyzed,including the influence of temperature and pressure to the explosive limit,and the relation of syngas explosive hazard and explosive limit range.
