摘要
本文分析研究了南水北调中线工程实施对河南沿线地表水和地下水环境的影响,包括对河道、农业灌溉、渠道左岸洪水的影响以及降水施工对地下水位的影响等;预测了工程运行期渠道对地下水的阻隔和渠道渗漏对水环境的影响;分别提出了施工期和运行期消除不良影响的工程和管理方面的应对措施,旨在为缓解工程其他区段的水环境影响提供理论和实践参考。
The impact from the implementastion of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project on the surface water and groundwater along the Henan Section of the project is studied herein,including the impact on river channels,agricultural irrigation and the flood process beside the left bank of water conveyance channel of the project as well as the impact from the dewatering construction of the project on the groundwater table,and then the barrier to groundwater during the operation of the water conveyance channel and the impact from the leakage from the channel on the water environment therein are also predicted,furthermore,the relevant countermeasures to eliminate the unfavorable impacts from the aspects of both the construction and management during the construction and the operation are respectively put forward,so as to provide some theoretical and technical references for alleviating the impact from the project on the water environments of the areas along the other sections of it.
