耦合质量要素的高心墙堆石坝施工仿真理论与应用

Theory and application of construction simulation coupled with quality factors for high core rock-fill dam

文中提出了耦合质量要素的高心墙堆石坝施工仿真理论,通过建立大坝施工过程的精细化仿真模型,将施工质量标准作为仿真过程限制条件,能够模拟出坝体每个填筑单元的施工质量水平,只有当前填筑单元的施工质量水平达到控制标准时才能进行下一单元的仿真,从而得到整个坝体的施工进度仿真结果,实现对施工进度较精确的预测。研究成果已应用于某水电工程中,为大坝的现场施工管理与控制提供了理论指导和技术支持。

A theory of construction simulation coupled with quality factors for high core rock-fill dam is put forward herein;i.e.by taking the relevant construction quality standards as the restriction conditions,the construction quality levels of all the filling units of the dam body can be simulated through establishing a refined simulation model of the dam construction;for which only the construction quality level of the current filling unit meets the control standards,can the next filling unit be simulated,so as to get the simulation result of the whole dam,and then to realize the more precise prediction of the construction progress.The achievement from this study has been applied to the construction of a hydropower project for providing both the theoretical guidance and the technical support for the construction management and control in site.
