基于项目管理的校园危机应急处置体系研究

A Study on the Emergency Processing System of Campus Crisis Based on Project Management

近年来高校校园危机的频频发生,给社会带来了很大的负面影响,引起了社会的广泛关注。由此结合项目管理的方法,建立起一套校园危机应急处置体系,并通过对项目的人员构成、项目计划安排、项目实施控制及项目效果评价等方面的分析与研究,实现消除、控制、有效应对高校校园危机发生的目的。

In recent years,frequent campus crises had a great of negative effect on our society,causing the extensive attention of society.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of emergency processing system of campus crisis.Based on the method of project management,the analysis and study focus on the personnel components,the arrangement of project plan,the control of project implementation,and the evaluation of project effect,and thus realize the goal of removing,controlling and effectively processing the campus crisis of university and college.
