摘要
针对烧结注孔保温砌块这一新型材料砌筑而成的砌体在实际工程中的受力状态进行试验研究。在静力性能试验满足砌体结构受力性能的前提下,采用竖向和水平荷载共同加载的方式,研究该砌体在地震作用下的受力性能,重点研究其破坏规律及改进措施。结果表明该新型砌体抗震抗剪承载力和抗侧移刚度均低于规范要求的标准值,抗震性能较差,脆性明显且很容易失去竖向承载力,需要在肋宽、肋间距、肋数目及构造柱约束等方面采取措施,进行详细分析研究,以提高其抗震性能。
In this paper,the stress performance of a new masonry block of sintering of injection hole insulation masonry has been experimental researched during the actual construction.Under the premisethat the static loading performance can meet the stress performance of masonry structure,the seismic performance of this masonry both with horizontal and vertical loads is studied.The research focuses on damage regulars and proposing corrective measures.The results show that the seismic performance of this new block masonry in shear bearing capacity and lateral stiffness are less than the value required in design code for masonry.The seismic performance is worse with obvious fragility,and the vertical loading capacity is easily lost.The new block masonry should be improved in rib width,rib distance,rib number and restraint by construction columns.A detailed analysis is needed to improve its seismic performance.
