多Agent协调控制理论在钢铁企业循环水系统中的应用研究

摘要 针对现有钢铁企业的循环水系统运行效率低下、故障率高、能耗较大等问题,将多Agent协调控制理论引入到循环水系统的优化运行中,对循环水系统进行分层控制,分为一级优化控制多Agent系统和二级优化控制多Agent系统,通过多Agent系统和各Agent之间的协调,使得系统协调高效优化运行。实例计算表明,该优化调度可提高系统的自动化程度,管理水平,并降低系统的能耗,为企业带来了很大的经济效益。 As to the problem of inefficient operation,the high failure rate and large energy consumption of the circulating water system among the current iron and steel enterprises,Multi-Agent coordination and control theory is proposed in this paper to optimize the operation of the circulating water system.So the circulating water system can be hierarchical controlled.It is divided into first optimal control to Multi-Agent System,and second optimal control of Multi-Agent System.Through the coordination between Multi-Agent System and each Agent system,the system has ran with an efficient operational optimization.Examples show that the optimal scheduling can improve the degree of automation,management level,reduce the energy consumption of the system,and bring great economic benefits for enterprises.
