聚丙烯装置汽蒸罐底部堵塞原因分析

摘要 对聚丙烯装置汽蒸罐底部堵塞的原因进行了分析。结果表明,聚丙烯粉料在汽蒸罐内滞留时间过长、温度过高是造成堵塞的主要原因。提出了一些防范措施:蒸汽冷凝液罐液位不低于65%,汽蒸罐料位应控制在30%~40%,活化剂三乙基铝的用量以4.2~4.5 kg/h为宜等,由此可确保装置的安全平稳运行。 The reasons of blockage at the bottom of steaming tank in a polypropylene unit were analyzed.The results showed that the blockage was attributed to the too long retention time of polypropylene powder and too high temperature in the tank.Some effective countermeasures were proposed including controlling the liquid level in steam condensate tank no less than 65%,the polypropylene powder level in steaming tank to 30%-40%,and the triethylaluminum amount to 4.2-4.5kg/h.The adoption of the countermeasures ensured steaming tank against blocking.
