摘要 SoC系统功能日益复杂,规模也日益庞大,SoC验证面临着前所未有的挑战.对SoC验证方法学进行了研究和总结,包括验证流程、验证层次和验证技术.通过对基于DW8051的SoC的验证实践,证明了这套验证方法学的可行性和有效性. The explosion of scale and complexity of SoC is currently becoming a challenge for the SoC verification.The methodology illustrated in this paper is established based on the practice of DW8051 SoC verification and its suitability and validity has been proved.This methodology includes verification flow,verification level and verification technique.
