管式间接蒸发冷却器管长对冷却效果的影响

摘要 通过理论分析和实验测试,分析管长对管式间接蒸发冷却器冷却效果的影响,实验测试采用换热管管长为1m和1.5m的管式间接蒸发冷却器,根据测试结果计算该蒸发冷却器的湿球效率.测试结果表明,换热管管长采用1m的管式间接蒸发冷却器湿球效率较好时为55.6%.相比换热管长为1.5m的管式间接蒸发冷却器而言效果相差约10.4%,在实际工程中应用可行性较低,应优先考虑换热管长为1.5m的管式间接蒸发冷却器. The tube length which influences the cooling effect of the indirect evaporative cooler has been analyzed by theoretical analysis and experiment test.The indirect evaporative cooler which tube length is 1m and 1.5m has been tested.According to the test results,the wet bulb efficiency of this evaporative cooler is calculated.It is shown that the better wet bulb efficiency is 55.6%.But compared to the heat exchange tube length of 1.5m tubular indirect evaporative cooler,there are about 10.4% lower in the efficiency.Therefore,the application of the 1.5m tube length indirect evaporative cooler should be take into account first.
