摘要
大功率脉冲电源是脉冲电磁发射武器平台的重要组成部分,开关器件是其关键技术。150 mm(6英寸)超大功率脉冲晶闸管的成功研发,满足了超大功率脉冲电源开关器件运行寿命长、可靠性高、体积小、重量轻的发展趋势要求。文章重点研究了浪涌电流下超大功率脉冲晶闸管的特性。
The pulse power supply is applied as an important part of pulse electromagnetic weapon launch platform,and its key technology is the research of switch devices.The successful development of 150 mm(6 inches) ultra-high power thyristor,fits the requirements of developing trend of long serve time,high reliability,small size and light weight.This article is focused on character realization of ultra-high pulse power thyristors under surge current.
