黄官1号海带的遗传学分析与评价

The Genetic Analysis and Evaluate of Saccharina Huangguan No.1

采用RAPD和ISSR分子标记技术对海带新品种黄官1号与当前广泛栽培的6个品种进行了遗传分析与评价。研究结果表明:黄官1号海带与其它6个品种间的遗传相似度较高,尤其是与黄官2号海带、奔牛海带和901海带等3个品种间亲缘关系较近,与长海带和山东早厚成海带遗传距离较远;群体间遗传多样性分析发现,平均Shannon多样性指数为0.5328,平均Nei's基因多样性为0.3554,说明黄官1号海带与当前主要栽培品种的群体遗传多样性呈中低水平,揭示了我国海带栽培品种群体遗传多样性较低的现状,为将来海带品种种质改良提供参考。

Using Random Amplification of Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat(ISSR),the relationship and genetic diversity of Saccharina new variety 'Huangguan No.1' and other varieties cultivated widely were studied.The results showed that 'Huangguan No.1' had near relationship with varieties of 'Huangguang No.2','Benniu' and '901',whereas genetic distance between 'Huangguan No.1' and varieties 'Zaohoucheng' and 'L.longisssma' was far relatively.Population genetic diversity analysis showed that the mean Shannon's Information index was 0.5328 and the mean Nei's gene diversity was 0.3554,indicating that the genetic diversity level of varieties cultivated now in China was lower.These results will benefit the germplasm improvement of Saccharina variety in future.
