完善基层央行职工养老保险工作的探索

实行系统内养老统筹是稳定职工队伍、留住优秀人才、解决职工后顾之忧的一项重要措施。随着我国养老保险制度的不断完善,如何进一步做好职工养老保险工作是基层央行面临的一项重要工作。本文拟就当前基层央行养老保险工作的难点作粗浅探讨,并提出相关建议。

Carrying out endowment insurance is one of the important measures to stabilize staff,keep the excellent talents,and resolve the worries of staff.With the continuous improvement of China's endowment insurance system,how to further make staff endowment insurance work well is an important task which grass-roots central banks must face.Aiming at difficulties existing in the endowment insurance work of grass-roots central banks,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
