支气管哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征 被引量：10

摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是两种不同的疾病,但在临床实践中,要准确区分哮喘和COPD,有时并非易事.而更为复杂的是,哮喘-COPD的并存问题[1],也有人称之为哮喘-COPD重叠综合征(简称重叠综合征)[2].现行的哮喘指南和COPD指南均提到临床上可见到两者并存,但如何定义和处理均未予以说明.本文就这一问题结合文献谈一点看法.
