摘要
目的探讨乳腺疾病彩色超声的诊断价值。方法选择该院2008年5月—2012年6月住院治疗的拟诊断为乳腺癌患者50例,进行彩色超声诊断,并与手术病理结果进行对比。结果 50例患者超声探及肿块图像55个,超声诊断的敏感性与特异性分别为97.8%和50.0%,主要差异在于对于浸润性导管癌的判断。结论在不排除多因素相互影响下,彩色超声应用在乳腺癌诊断中的价值高,可作为乳腺癌的首选检查手段。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of breast disease.Methods Selected 50 patients to be diagnosed with breast cancer from May 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital,all cases were used the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Results 50 patients were found the 55 mass images,the ultrasonic diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 97.8% and 50.0%,the main difference lied in the judgment of invasive ductal carcinoma.Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer is economic,security,realtime,repeatability and high,it should be used as the examination method of choice for breast cancer.
