摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的价值,为临床提供诊断依据。方法选择甲状腺结节患者66例,分析其彩色多普勒图像特征并结合病理学诊断,计算彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节的诊断符合率。结果 66例患者中,经过临床病理诊断为甲状腺癌20例,良性结节46例,彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节的总体诊断符合率为86.4%,恶性结节的诊断符合率为80.0%(16/20),良性结节的诊断符合率为89.1%(41/46)。结论彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节良恶性的鉴别诊断具有重要的意义。
Objective To estimate color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and to provide the diagnostic evidence of thyroid nodules for clinicians.Methods A total of 66 cases with thyroid nodule were enrolled in this study.We assessed the features of the color Doppler ultrasound and pathological diagnosis,and then calculated the ultrasonic diagnose accordance rates of thyroid nodules.Results Of all the 66 cases,20 cases were diagnosed as thyroid carcinoma and 46 cases were benign nodules by pathological methods.The total ultrasonic diagnose accordance rate was 86.4%,and the ultrasonic diagnose accordance rates of the malignant nodules and benign nodules were 80.0%(16/20) and 89.1%(41/46),respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has significant valuable in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
