摘要
通过生产性试验考察了臭氧预氧化技术对水厂常规工艺的影响。结果表明,臭氧预氧化技术具有明显的助凝效果,在实际生产中可降低常规工艺的出水浊度,同时可减少矾耗约28%左右;臭氧预氧化技术能提高常规工艺对耗氧量和氨氮的去除率,使二者的去除率分别提高15%和50%左右;若仅从成本方面考虑,采用臭氧预氧化技术降低矾耗是不经济的,但是在特殊原水水质情况下,将臭氧预氧化技术和混凝沉淀常规工艺相结合会明显改善出水水质,减少高矾耗带来的出厂水pH值低及铝离子超标等不利影响。
The influence of ozone preoxidation technology on conventional process in the waterworks was investigated by productive experiment.The results showed that it had obvious coagulation aid effect.It could reduce the outflow turbidity of conventional process in practical production.The alum consumption was reduced about 28%.The ozone preoxidation technology could improve the removal rate of oxygen consumption and ammonia nitrogen by conventional process,and it could improve about 15% and 50% respectively.Although it was uneconomical to reduce alum consumption by ozone preoxidation technology considering the aspect of cost solely.It could improve outflow quality obviously combining ozone preoxidation technology and coagulation sedimentation process under the conditions of special raw water quality,and it could decrease the adverse effect of low pH and excessive aluminum ion in outflow water by high alum consumption.
