摘要
船舶水润滑推力轴承以水代油作为润滑介质,有助于提高轴承机械效率、减少滑油污染。在水润滑推力轴承试验台上,开展ACM高分子材料推力轴承性能试验研究,探讨在不同试验工况下推力瓦端面摩擦系数、温度、水膜压力随轴承载荷、轴转速的变化趋势。研究表明:ACM推力瓦的摩擦系数为0.01~0.18,单位时间磨损量为0.383μm/h;最高温度为42℃,出现在靠近推力瓦外径和出水边的位置;最大水膜压力为1.6 MPa,且水膜压力随轴转速的升高而下降,随轴向载荷的增加而升高。
Ship water-lubricated thrust bearing takes water instead of oil as its lubrication medium,leads to a more efficient performance with relatively low level of friction,abrasion,vibration and oil pollution.Based on our simulation test platform for water lubrication thrust bearing,the testing research of perfor mance on ACM polymers thrust bearing was carried out.Together with the transformation of the bearing load and the shaft speed under different experimental conditions,changing trends of the friction coeffi cient,water film pressure and temperature on the thrust pad were discussed.The results show that the fric tion coefficient is varying between 0.01 and 0.18;abrasion in unit time is 0.383 μm/h;maximum tempera ture locating in the area of circumferential direction and outlet of the thrust pad is 42 ℃;maximum water film pressure is 1.6 MPa;and the water film pressure decreases with the speed rises and increases with the bearing load increases.
