摘要
本文通过对江西新昌发电有限公司2×700MW机组凝结水精处理设备前置过滤器滤芯污染、高混上部进水装置坍塌和热力系统加氨量变化等几种设备异常情况分析,探讨精处理设备运行和维护方法,有效地解决了精处理设备运行过程中的异常问题,保证了精处理系统和机组的安全稳定运行。
In this paper,the element pollution of the front filter,the faliing of the water ingress device on the upper part of the high-speed mixed bed and variation of ammoniain thermodynamic system in 2×700MW Unit of Xinchang Power Plant were analyzed.The operating and maintenance method of condensate polisher was discussed.The exception of condensate polisher on operation was solved effectively.It guaranteed safe and stable running of the condensate polisher and the unit.
