摘要 分析了非道路用柴油机对燃油系统的要求,提出了高喷射压力喷油泵的设计思想,对开发的燃油系统进行试验,结果显示其供油能力满足非道路用柴油机要求,通过柴油机匹配试验,研究了喷油嘴伸出高度、喷孔锥角、喷孔孔径及数量等对柴油机性能的影响,确定了各参数的最优方案,最终柴油机排放试验结果满足欧洲非道路用柴油机ⅢA阶段排放指标。 The design concept of high injection pressure pump was presented through analysing the non road diesel engine requirement to fuel injection system.The test results of fuel injection system indicate that the fuel delivery characteristic could meet the requirement of non road diesel engine.The influence of nozzle protruding height,spray orifice angle,spray orifice diameter and number on diesel engine was researched by matching experiment,and the optimized schemes were acquired,which can make the diesel engine meet European emission stage Ⅲ A standards for non road diesel engine.
