某发动机水泵轴连轴承可靠性研究与设计优化 被引量:5

摘要 针对6DY型发动机的水泵在设计之初直接选用与6DZ型发动机同型号轴连轴承的特殊情况,对6DY水泵失效潜在的风险进行预测并对用户故障件进行失效分析,根据风险预测和失效分析结果,对6DY水泵轴连轴承进行可靠性研究。在对标及分析结果的基础上对水泵轴连轴承的受力情况和理论寿命进行校核,优化轴连轴承的结构设计,制定改进方案并实施。改进后的6DY水泵采用WR3268*62.5轴连轴承,理论寿命比改进前提高了1.9倍,在经过各项试验论证后执行批量生产,通过优化设计达到了质量预控目标,从根本上消除了潜在的质量风险。 Because the shaft-bearing in the water pump of the 6DY model diesel engine is the same as 6DZ model diesel engine,it is necessary to make the potential venture forecast of shaft-bearing in 6DY water pump and invalidation analysis of its failure parts.Based on the results of venture forecast and invalidation analysis,the reliability study of shaft-bearing in the water pump of the 6DY model diesel engine is carried out.Its endure-strength state and theory lifetime are calculated according to the results of comparison and analysis,and structure optimization design of the shaft-bearing is made,and improvement scheme is established and executed.The theory lifetime by using the improved 6DY water pump adapting WR3268*62.5 shaft-bearing is more than 1.9 times than original one,and the quality of the water pump is increased.
