摘要
在部机关办公自动化系统平台基础之上扩展构建档案管理子系统,将电子公文运转与电子档案管理的工作贯通在一起,为完整的公文生成、归档的机制提供了有效的技术保障。设计了档案整理中间件模块及预归档中间数据库,规范了归档操作接口及标准,为其他业务系统数据的归档接入提供了基础。
The extension of the subsystem for managing files on the desktop system platform within the Departments is to combine the operation of electronic documents and electronic records management in order to have the documents incorporated,to provide the technical support for effective archiving mechanism.In this paper,we have made the file finishing middleware modules and pre-archive intermediate database,and we set the user interface archives and standards,so we can provide a basis for other business systems,data archiving access.
