With the arrival of 3G Age and the popularity of the smart phones,more application programs can be applied to the mobile phones.Based on IOS,the news module of Mtime clients can be implemented with Objective-C language and Xcode tools,which is mainly stated,in this paper,about its functional design,design patterns and the realization process of the user interface and network interactive.
