氧化剂对低浓度硫酸溶解钛铁矿的影响

摘要 采用加入氧化剂和降低硫酸浓度等方法对传统的钛白粉生产工艺进行改进,探讨了氧化剂加入量、硫酸浓度、搅拌速度、反应时间等条件对钛铁矿酸解率的影响.通过正交实验获得了氧化剂对低浓度硫酸溶解钛铁矿的最佳工艺条件:KMnO4的加入量为钛铁矿质量的0.5%,硫酸浓度为60%,在600 r/min的搅拌速度下,控制温度为150℃后连续反应60 min.按这些工艺条件,钛铁矿酸解率可达到96%. The traditional production process of titanium dioxide was improved by adding oxidant,reducing the acid concentration,and some other methods.Addition amount of oxidants,concentration of sulfuric acid,stirring speed,reaction time and some other conditions were discussed to the influence on acidolysis ratio of ilmenite.By the orthogonal experiment,the best production process of dissloving ilmenite with oxidants to reduce the concentration of sulfuric acid was obtained.The results showed that when KMnO4 addition quality is 0.5 % of ilmenite,concentration of sulfuric acid is 60 %,stirring speed is 600 r/min,the temperature is kept on 150 ℃ and recation for 60 minutes,the acidolysis ratio of ilmenite is up to 96 %.
