高校电子团务中应急管理信息化建设研究——以广州市属高校为例

On the electronic information construction of the emergency management in league affaires in the universities——A case study of the universities in Guangzhou

应急管理工作是高校团务的重点工作之一.在现实团务工作中,应急管理信息的收集、传输、处理等过程因受到时间及空间的限制,严重影响应急管理工作实效.采用调查研究法,以广州市属高校为例,深入了解高校电子团务中应急管理信息化建设状况,找出了其不足.对团务应急管理信息化建设进行全面的需求调查,进而提出电子团务中应急管理信息系统设计方案.

Emergency management is very important in universities.However,the collection,transmission and the transaction of the emergency information have been greatly hindered owing to time and space limit,and thus the efficiency of the emergency measures have been greatly impacted.This paper takes the universities of Guangzhou City as examples,trying to carry on surveys on the electronic information construction of the emergency measures in league affaires in the universities so as to find out the deficiency and the needs for improvement.This paper proposes an improved design for the electronic information system of the emergency management in the league affairs,hoping to optimize the construction as well as to improve the quality and efficiency of the electronic information system of emergency management in the league affairs in the universities.
