A comparative research on the superiority and weakness of the distributed practice in the sports specialty in the local colleges

分散实习是当前地方本科院校体育专业毕业实习中运用比较广泛的模式。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析了分散实习模式的优势和劣势.其中,优势包括:实习生易于熟悉实习环境,容易展开实习工作;有利于锻炼实习生的独立工作能力;有利于提高实习生的教学能力;增强了实习的灵活性,实习生具有较大的自主性;分散实习的劣势包括:思想重视不够;管理经验不足;指导工作不到位;实习见习基础比较薄弱;实习质量难以保障;实习成绩评价失真.

Currently the distributed practice mode is used widely in the graduation practice in sports specialty in the local colleges.This article analyzed the superiority and weakness of the distributed practice by documental and logic analysis.The superiority includes: the trainee is easy to be familiar with the practice environment and is easy to expand the internship;is helpful for training the working ability of trainee independently;is helpful for improving the teaching ability of trainee;the practice may be more flexible;the trainee have greater autonomy.However,the weakness of the distributed practice includes: not sufficient attention is paid;the managerial experience is insufficient;the guide is out of place;the foundation of novitiate and trainee are weak;the quality of practice is difficult to guarantee and the lead to the distortion of practice performance evaluation.
