文化教育是优秀运动队建设的重要组成部分,但运动员文化教育一直是体育教育的薄弱环节,这也直接影响了优秀运动队建设的可持续发展.研究改革现有专业运动员文化基础课程体系,以优选、提炼、加工生活和生产中与自然科学密切相关的教学内容为特色,创建运动员通用技术课程系列教学模块;改革传统的教学方法和手段,构建任务驱动、项目导向的教学模式,形成"教、学、做"一体化、"认识、实践、创造"三层次螺旋式递进的通用技术教学平台;创设运动员素质教育实践区,有效突破运动员综合素质教育培养瓶颈,为提高运动员文化素质做有益的尝试.

It is the important part of the construction of the excellent athletic team about culture education.But for a long time,cultural education of athletes is still a weak link,there are many problems.These problems directly affect the sustainable development of the construction of excellent athletic team.to reform the foundational culture course system of existing professional athletes,optimization and refining,processing teaching content which closely related natural science in life and production,creating general technology curriculum series teaching module for athletes;to reform the traditional teaching methods and means,constructing the mission driving,project oriented teaching mode,and forming a general technical teaching platform of progressive spiral integration of 'teaching,learning,doing' and three levels of 'knowing,practicing,creating'.to establishing the practice area of quality education for athletes,effectively breaking through the bottleneck of quality education for athletes.
