摘要
实习教学是职业教育的重要组成部分,是理论知识与生产实践有机结合的过程。在实习教学管理中,应加强学校与实习单位的沟通与配合;制订好实习计划,做好传帮带;要制定科学的激励考核制度;还应强化安全教育。
Practice teaching is an important part of vocational education and a procedure to combine theoretical knowledge with production practice.Its management requires encouraging communication and cooperation between the school and practice units,drawing up a sound practice plan to mentor interns,and formulating an encouraging check-up system in a scientific way.At the same time,safety education should be strengthened.
