微波热疗对雨蛙素诱导大鼠急性胰腺炎的保护作用

摘要 [目的]探讨微波热疗对雨蛙素诱导大鼠胰腺炎模型的保护作用及可能的机制.[方法]大鼠腹腔内注射雨蛙素诱导急性胰腺炎,评估微波热疗预处理对AP各项指标的影响.[结果]微波热疗预处理的大鼠胰腺炎相关指标:病理评分、血清淀粉酶、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白介素-6(IL-6)较未接受微波热疗的大鼠减低,胰蛋白酶原激活肽(TAP)和NF-κB水平下降.[结论]微波热疗可以减轻大鼠雨蛙素诱导胰腺炎的组织病理学改变,使血清淀粉酶、TNF和IL-6水平降低,对胰腺炎有保护作用.其可能的作用机制包括抑制TAP自体激活和抑制NF-κB活性.
