肠内外混合营养支持疗法在外科手术术后的临床疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]研究比较不同营养支持治疗在外科手术后的作用.[方法]回顾本院136例外科手术后采用营养支持治疗患者的治疗效果.136例中采用肠内外混合营养78例(A组)和单纯肠外营养58例(B组).观察比较两组患者转铁蛋白、血清白蛋白和前白蛋白等营养指标的变化及临床特征.[结果]A组的肺部感染、排气时间、胃肠道出血等数据优于B组,且两组相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05).而两组的切口感染发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).A组的转铁蛋白、前白蛋白等临床指标改善明显,与B组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05).[结论]外科术后早期应用肠内外混合营养支持能改善患者营养状态、提高机体免疫力,减少术后并发症.
