未足月胎膜早破对围产儿结局影响因素的分析 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]探讨未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)期待治疗中影响围产儿结局的因素.[方法]对本院2008年1月至2010年5月收治的孕26～34周、胎膜早破患者50例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.[结果]①新生儿存活组的保胎时间显著长于死亡组(P<0.01),羊水指数显著高于死亡组(P<0.01),而新生儿存活组的破水时孕周与死亡组比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05);②羊水过少组的保胎时间显著短于羊水正常组(P<0.01),新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的发生率也高于羊水正常组(P<0.05),羊水正常组新生儿存活率显著高于羊水过少组(P<0.05).[结论]对远离足月的胎膜早破(PROM) 患者,较高的羊水指数,就能为保胎赢得时间,从而提高了妊娠结局.
