脂联素和2型糖尿病相关性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪因子通过自分泌、旁分泌、内分泌途径在各种复杂的代谢过程中发挥作用[1].因此脂肪细胞不仅是储能器官,亦是庞大的内分泌器官[2].脂联素(adiponectin,APN)是由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的激素,占全部血清蛋白成分的0.01%,正常人血浆浓度为1.9~17 mg/L,是脂肪细胞分泌最多的具有保护性的脂肪因子,约是瘦素等激素血浆浓度的103倍,IL-6等炎症因子血浆浓度的106倍[3],与遗传、肥胖、炎症、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗等密切相关,而上述因素贯穿2型糖尿病的发生发展全过程.本文就APN与2型糖尿病相关性的研究进展从以下几个方面作一综述.
