论传统官民话语体系的功过与新型官民信任关系的重构

On the Merits and Demerits of Traditional Discourse System of Officials and People and the Reconstruction of New Trust Relations of the Two

中国革命和建设的近百年间形成了传统的官民话语体系,并在构建官民信任关系中发挥了积极作用。但在转型期影响,官民关系的"话语事故"时有发生,滋生出人们对这一体系的怀疑和信念的动摇。结构功能主义理论和黑格尔的"绝对精神"对由"话语事故"引发的官民话语信任危机现象具有较强的解释。布迪厄的场域—惯习理论为探讨新形势下传统官民话语体系的改进提供了分析工具。

Revolutions and constructions happened in China during hundreds years that made the discourse system of the officials and people come into being,which positively influence the construction of trust relations of officials and people.However,there are some discourse accidents happened sometimes that affect the relations in the transformational period and make people be suspicious about this system and their faith.While,structural functionalism and Hegel's absolute spirit can be strong explorations to credit crisis caused by discourse accidents.And Bourdieu's theory of field and habitus can be an analysis tool to discuss the improvement of traditional discourse system of officials and people in new trend.
