The new generation of migrant workers have become the main force of modern industry workers and industrialization of China,whose fortune matters the future of urbanization and industrialization and matters whether the economic transformation would be successful or not.Thus,it has to take hold the general situation of speeding up balancing urban and rural development and economic transformation,meanwhile,the understanding of their characteristics,appeals and the barrier they are facing could be helpful for solving the most immediate problems.In addition,through pushing urban-rural relating reform innovation and promoting new generation of migrant workers' integration in a good order to share modern civilization in cities.
