摘要
目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与脑小血管的关系。方法住院治疗的腔隙性脑梗死患者106例为观察组,且根据神经功能缺损评分分为轻度组40例,中度组40例,重度组26例。选择106例健康者为对照组。采用免疫法检测hs-CRP水平。结果脑小血管病组的血清hs-CRP(7.89±1.81)mg/L水平高于正常对照组(1.98±0.72)mg/L(P<0.01),且脑小血管病组中神经功能缺损越重,血清hs-CRP水平越高(P<0.05)。中度组血清hs-CRP(6.84±1.12)mg/L水平高于轻度组(3.34±0.68)mg/L(P<0.05),重度组血清hs-CRP(13.01±2.12)mg/L水平高于轻度组(3.34±0.68)mg/L(P<0.01),重度组血清hs-CRP(13.01±2.12)mg/L水平高于中度组(6.84±1.12)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP可能参与了脑小血管病中腔隙性脑梗死发病机制,且与病情严重程度有关,脑小血管病组中神经功能缺损越重,血清hs-CRP水平越高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and small-vessel disease(SVD).Methods 106 hospitalized patients were involved and 106 healthy people were as controls.All patients were divided into three groups according to the scores of neurology deficit.Immunoassay was used to examine the level of blood hs-CRP.Results The level of hs-CRP in cerebral small-vessel disease patients was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The level of hs-CRP correlates with the scores of neurology deficit positively(P<0.05).Conclusion The hs-CRP may play a role in the pathology of the cerebral small-vessel disease,and the level of hs-CRP may correlate closely with the severity of the cerebral small-vessel disease.
