燃烧法与固相法制备SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)的结构及光学性能比较 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温固相法和燃烧法分别制备了SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光测试(PL)、余辉特性测试及热释光特性测试(TL)对样品的结构及其光学性能进行分析.结果表明,固相法制备的样品比燃烧法样品具有较高的发光强度和较长的余辉时间,原因在于高温固相法产物中具有较高的发光中心的浓度、较深的陷阱能级深度和较高的陷阱能级浓度. SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+long afterglow luminescent material was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction and combustion method respectively.X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),photoluminescence test(PL),afterglow characteristic test and thermoluminescence characteristic test(TL)were used to analyze the structural and optical properties of the samples.The results show that,samples prepared by solid-state reaction show higher luminescent intensity and long afterglow time than those synthesized using combustion method,because the product from high temperature solid-state method have higher luminescence center concentration,deeper trap depth and higher trap concentration.
