摘要
油脂酸价测定实验中经常会遇到的样品溶液乳化浑浊问题,对产生这种现象的原因进行探讨,给出了这一现象产生的理论依据,阐述了如何避免乳化,确保酸价测定结果的准确性的应对措施.
In measurement of acid value experiment,the emulsification and turbid of sample solution was always encountered.The reason of this phenomenon was investigated and explained in theory.The ways to avoid this trouble and ensure the result credible were proposed.
