摘要
文章分析了青海省工业发展面临亟待解决的深层次矛盾、问题以及工业转型的内涵、条件,提出了转型升级的基本思路、突破口和工业转型升级中应关注的几个问题。
The article analyzes the urgent need of industrial development in Qinghai Province.Thinking to solve the deep-seated contradictions and problems was put forward.The connotation,conditions,basic idea,breakthrough and key points of industrial transformation are discussed as well.
