在二十余年的发展过程中,香港公开大学逐步获得学士、硕士、博士学位以及荣誉博士的授予资格,成为国际公认的远程及成人教育中心之一。内地近十余年间对香港公开大学从教育理念、办学特色、教学质量保证体系、合作办学等方面进行了广泛研究,为国内开放大学的建设和发展提供了可资借鉴的宝贵经验。

In the development of more than twenty years,Hong Kong Open University has been gradually granted the qualification of awarding the degrees of bachelor,master,doctor and honorary doctorate and become the center of distance and adult education which has been acknowledged all over the world.An extensive study has been made on their educational theory and ideas,schooling characteristics,quality assurance system of teaching and learning,and schooling cooperation,providing a great deal of valuable experience for the construction and development of the Open University of mainland.
